All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Infraix Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Interruptions in service beyond our control
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Requests by law enforcement
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
